Dr. Mike and all the staff are wonderful. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When I bring my Maltipoo in for any reason she is taken care of like she is a queen. They treat my little Sidney like she was their own. I recently had to bring Sidney in to have her eye checked. Dr. Mike and his assistant made Sidney feel very comfortable while they checked her eye. Dr. Mike took the time to explain to me what tests he was going to perform and what he was looking for. Dr. Mike really cares about his patients. This is evident by the way he cares for Sidney.
Dr Cheever is the only vet I would trust with my guinea pigs. She is very knowledgeable and she shows a great deal of compassion. I bring all of my other animals there as well...birds, GP's and dog.
I have 5 cats and a bunny and we were looking for a vet who treated rabbits. After coming here for my bunny we switched vets and now all my animals go here. The staff is amazing, compassionate and the most understanding people. I have gone there in tears and they made me feel so much better. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's not just cats and dogs, they treat exotic animals as well. Dr. Bevliaqua is amazing. I was told my rabbits were both male when I got them and we ended up having babies so they sexed them at no charge and told me they would help find homes for the babies if needed. I highly recommend this place. I drive 25 mins when there are at least a dozen vets within 5 miles of me, I would never go anywhere else. EDIT * On Wednesday before Thanksgiving we had to put our bunny down. Dr. Bevliaqua was so amazing throughout this process. We had to rush him there the day before and as soon as we got him there he was fine. The next day he went downhill fast and she noticed he was exhibiting symptoms of a brain disease so we had to do what was best. RIP Foobert Humperdinck. You were the best bunny anyone could ask for.
I moved to the area recently and found The Village Animal Clinic via Google and customer reviews. I am extremely happy with the kind and proffessional service they provide to my fur baby. He is my pride and joy and am very particular about who he goes to for care. Thank you to every staff member for making visits go so smoothly for me and my dog Frisbee! I highly recommend this clinic!
I brought my little 11 week old Pekingese to Dr Hammond. Loved her, and the entire place. I live in Saugerties and believe me, it's well worth the effort. Highly recommend them!!❤️❤️
